Nissan Bevel Best Car Concept

Nissan Bevel Best Car Concept

The Nissan Bevel is a concept crossover SUV unveiled at the 2007 North American International Auto Show.
Carlos Tavares, Nissan Motor Co. executive president of global product planning and design, says the Bevel is a study for older men who like to keep lots of tools in their vehicle, transport things, do projects outside the house and only rarely carry passengers. The owner would be driving alone 90 percent of the time, Tavares imagines.
Tavares says Nissan has no specific plan to produce the Bevel, although 2010 is scheduled to become the Bevel's production date. It will probably replace the struggling Quest minivan, and will likely slot above the Murano in Nissan's crossover lineup.

Nissan AZEAL Image
The Nissan AZEAL is a concept car first released to the public at the 2005 North American International Auto Show. The concept is a sports coupé aimed at young drivers. The Azeal features trendy gadgetry, like an integrated cell phone and an MP3 player. The car's goals are to place emphasis on personality and aggressive styling as well as blend affordability with desirability. Penned by designers Ken Lee and David Wong, it is the first Nissan to come out of their new Farmington Hills, Michigan design center.

The AZEAL has a turbocharged 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine with a 6-speed manual transmission equipped with a limited-slip differential. It is front-wheel drive. No further information on the car has been released by Nissan yet. Exterior features of the AZEAL include 19" aluminum-alloy wheels, dual exhaust pipes, side skirts and a spoiler topped off with glass roof panels like those found in the Nissan Maxima and Nissan Quest. Much of the exterior design for AZEAL went into the production version of 2007 Nissan Sentra.

Nissan Qazana mini SUV

Nissan Qazana Picture
The Nissan Qazana is a new mini SUV to be released by the Japanese car manufacturer Nissan during 2011.
On 11 February 2009 Nissan announced that the model will go into production at the NMUK plant in Washington, UK, during 2010 following its appearance as a concept car at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show.
Compact overall dimensions (4,060 mm (159.8 in) in length, 1,570 mm (61.8 in) tall, 1,780 mm (70.1 in) wide and a wheelbase of 2,530 mm (99.6 in)) indicate that the Qazana would be suited to the urban environment. However, its specification and styling would suggest versatility.
The profile is dominated by the prominent wheel arches and by the body's high waistline, which combine to give an impression of strength and which contrast vividly with the slim side windows. Echoing a style first seen on the Mixim, Nissan's high performance electric coupé concept shown at the 2007 Frankfurt Show, the glasshouse resembles a crash helmet visor.

Nissan Pivo Image
The Nissan Pivo is a concept car created by Nissan. The Pivo was first introduced at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show. The car is essentially a 360 degree rotating three-seater cabin on a chassis of 4 wheels, and hence eliminates the need for reversing and makes parking easier.
The Pivo is powered by a lithium-ion battery. The car's futuristic design incorporates large doors for easy access to the cabin and large windscreens and windows for high visibility. As well as the fully rotational cabin, the Pivo features Nissan's Around View Monitor system. This reduces blind spots (areas of the road which cannot be seen from the driver's position) by displaying the outside surroundings on screens mounted on the inside of the car's A-pillars, located on either side of the windshield.
